Announcing the first Ink 'n Om Workshop

Dump the doom-scrolling with distraction by writing

Join us for four nights of writing prompts and exercises. Each week we will dip into a new topic, from creating characters to developing dialogue. Every session will include a short guided meditation, mild stretching, and restorative yoga. We will jump into the topic of the night with a discussion and in-class writing prompts. This is a supportive and constructive workshop.

Workshop begins at 6:45 with soup, salad, and banana bread to snack on.

Nov. 18 - Character building - writing a well-rounded character with fissures and faults.

Nov. 25 - Voice lessons - developing voice through dialogue.

Dec. 9 - You’ve heard it before and you’ll hear it again - show don’t tell.

Dec. 16 - Life can be stranger than fiction - so let’s fictionalize our life.

Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
